Misleading advertising by Royal Cash

On March 4, 2008, I signed up for Royal Cash's repair service at their Eberthaven, Maine location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $365.10, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kenya X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
