I am writing regarding order #ORD-5542-TJB-5413 placed with Treasury of Royal on April 11, 1990. I paid $402.82 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Valentine K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
