Unsatisfactory resolution from Construction Company

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1582-NGI-1249 placed with Construction Company on November 30, 2002. I paid $433.22 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced long delays. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Elva U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
