United Design Querétaro LLC failed to honor their commitment

On May 1, 2006, I signed up for United Design Querétaro LLC's premium plan at their West Madge, South Carolina location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $996.54, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kristina J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
