I purchased a solution from The Premium Haven International on September 24, 1985. Shortly after using it, I experienced arrived significantly late. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Malcolm E. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
