I want to report a serious concern with The Diamond Lodge Group's equipment that I purchased on December 16, 1993 from your Simonisport, Mississippi store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Marcelina N., but my issue remains unresolved.
