Poor customer service experience with UnitedVenture

On April 24, 1987, I signed up for UnitedVenture's support package at their North Yasmine, Vermont location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $760.71, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Norris S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
