False promises made by Superior Products Systems representative

On April 18, 2020, I signed up for Superior Products Systems's setup assistance at their O'Connerchester, Illinois location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $523.12, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Leopold U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
