I purchased a subscription from Superior Products Systems on April 7, 1990. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Dane E. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
