I purchased a accessory from The Golden Mansion Ltd. on December 2, 2003. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Queenie C. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
