I am writing regarding order #ORD-7028-IQS-8949 placed with Retreat Group on August 12, 1999. I paid $195.90 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Grady I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
