I purchased a plan from Prestige Venture on July 2, 2014. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced long delays. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Marietta F. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
