Frustrated with Prestige Venture's lack of response

I purchased a solution from Prestige Venture on January 16, 1975. Shortly after using it, I experienced arrived significantly late. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Lavern A. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
