Hidden fees discovered from Trust & Consultants Suzhou Corp.

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1076-ELS-3740 placed with Trust & Consultants Suzhou Corp. on February 24, 2001. I paid $512.19 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Adam S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
