I purchased a device from Elite-Products on August 18, 2004. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Elsa P. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
