Warranty claim denied by Craft Bros Holdings

On July 18, 1997, I signed up for Craft Bros Holdings's maintenance program at their Creminmouth, California location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $497.98, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lowell A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
