Quality issues with Titan Forge Engineering Group product

On March 12, 1985, I signed up for Titan Forge Engineering Group's delivery service at their New Lela, North Dakota location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $722.63, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Tania F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
