I purchased a accessory from Pro-Industries Enterprises on June 4, 1970. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Marcus A. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
