I purchased a product from Works Fabricators Group on February 28, 1984. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Enos H. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
