Misleading advertising by Accommodations Services

On June 17, 2006, I signed up for Accommodations Services's installation service at their Port Weldonberg, Tennessee location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $636.54, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Baby E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
