Stay Group failed to honor their commitment

On November 8, 2000, I signed up for Stay Group's troubleshooting service at their Patrickmouth, Minnesota location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $766.92, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lavina Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
