I have been a loyal customer of Production & Engineering for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered appliance (order #ORD-4384-THH-7883) on May 16, 2009, and have encountered has a manufacturing defect. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
