Overcharged by Heritage Savings for service

On December 1, 2004, I signed up for Heritage Savings's troubleshooting service at their Wildermanmouth, Idaho location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $438.68, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ryder P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
