Hidden fees discovered from Secure Finance Planners

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3166-KRM-1189 placed with Secure Finance Planners on August 29, 2008. I paid $86.66 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Arne L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
