I purchased a package from Secure Finance Planners on March 22, 1976. Shortly after using it, I experienced had repeated billing errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Anne C. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
