I want to report a serious concern with Craft Partners Holdings's solution that I purchased on December 11, 2008 from your Jakubowskifort, Wisconsin store. The product has doesn't work as advertised despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Johnathan R., but my issue remains unresolved.
