I purchased a system from Asset Alliance on July 25, 1997. Shortly after using it, I experienced faced system outages. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Marcus G. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
