Unresolved issue with Unified Products product

On February 17, 2015, I signed up for Unified Products's installation service at their South Eduardoton, Illinois location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $635.82, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Eriberto W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
