False promises made by Prime Manufacturing Kuching representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8745-AQG-3597 placed with Prime Manufacturing Kuching on December 18, 1976. I paid $743.48 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Conrad F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
