False promises made by Master Factories Corp. representative

On December 8, 2016, I signed up for Master Factories Corp.'s consultation at their Port Aida, Maine location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $323.98, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Allie H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
