Warranty claim denied by Master Factories Corp.

On March 4, 2002, I signed up for Master Factories Corp.'s warranty service at their North Cassandra, Maryland location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $213.66, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Edna V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
