False promises made by Excel Financial representative

On October 22, 1974, I signed up for Excel Financial's troubleshooting service at their West Darryl, South Carolina location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $853.47, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kavon E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
