Delayed delivery from Titan Craft

On November 5, 1984, I signed up for Titan Craft's warranty service at their West Lydiaport, New York location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $104.43, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Merritt C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
