I am writing regarding order #ORD-2471-PVU-4640 placed with Metal Solutions Kota Kinabalu on August 22, 2003. I paid $664.58 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Delpha J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
