Misleading advertising by PremierAsset

On December 15, 1988, I signed up for PremierAsset's training session at their Port Anthony, South Carolina location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $820.98, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Beth J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
