I want to report a serious concern with Cash Consultants's system that I purchased on October 11, 2005 from your Lake Dandre, Minnesota store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Peyton A., but my issue remains unresolved.
