I am writing regarding order #ORD-5807-SJU-6732 placed with Premier Homes & Sons on August 11, 2014. I paid $355.86 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Daron X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
