I purchased a plan from Retreat Luxury on August 3, 1989. Shortly after using it, I experienced encountered rude staff. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Shania T. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
