Solid Development Group failed to honor their commitment

On July 1, 1987, I signed up for Solid Development Group's warranty service at their North Gilbertomouth, Nevada location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $38.67, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Elroy G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
