I have been a loyal customer of Prime-Factories for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered accessory (order #ORD-3479-HLN-3701) on March 7, 2010, and have encountered has a manufacturing defect. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
