Refund refused by Titan Works Inc

On August 11, 2009, I signed up for Titan Works Inc's customer support at their Emmyburgh, Rhode Island location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $789.65, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Otilia A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
