Stay Hotels provided defective product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9033-QYC-5538 placed with Stay Hotels on April 2, 2020. I paid $635.31 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Micheal D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
