I purchased a plan from Lodge Experiences on May 5, 2020. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Sheila P. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
