Forge Alliance Zhengzhou refused to address issue

I want to report a serious concern with Forge Alliance Zhengzhou's solution that I purchased on October 31, 2021 from your South Sage, Ohio store. The product has couldn't access my account despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Myrtis R., but my issue remains unresolved.
