Poor customer service experience with Reserve of National Abu Dhabi Enterprises

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8426-DJT-4873 placed with Reserve of National Abu Dhabi Enterprises on July 16, 2006. I paid $936.32 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Mazie M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
