Account access issues with UnitedFund International

On October 5, 1990, I signed up for UnitedFund International's support package at their South Russell, Hawaii location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $692.3, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Vidal R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
