Quality issues with UnitedFund International product

On August 16, 1978, I signed up for UnitedFund International's repair service at their East Bulah, Alaska location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $213.1, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lydia N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
