Billing dispute with Works Bros Group

I'm writing to complain about the warranty service I received from Works Bros Group. After paying $71.90 for item, I found that it doesn't work as advertised. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Mariana G., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.
