Works Bros Group refused to address issue

On August 14, 1979, I signed up for Works Bros Group's consultation at their Guyton, New Jersey location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $202.31, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lonie M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
