FirstSavings failed to honor their commitment

On December 13, 1996, I signed up for FirstSavings's technical assistance at their South Douglasborough, Oregon location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $143.42, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Germaine W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
